Role of Libraries in Agricultural Education in India

This paper attempts to profile the initiatives taken by agricultural libraries in India to ensure quality agricultural education. Further, realizing the importance of Library and Information services in agricultural Libraries with a view to formulate Networking model of Agricultural Library and information system the necessity of developing Networking Model of agricultural libraries and Information system.
